The sale procedure was established in contractual terms with our partners and is presented in the following way:
- From security reasons of transaction, our company uses the services of the largest online payment company in the world: Klarna Group. The value of the product will be locked in a neutral account of the Klarna Group company, until the end of the testing period offered to the buyer. After the test period, on buyer request , the payment will be unlocked and forwarded to the seller or returned to the buyer, according to his decision.
- Once the transfer was confirmed by Klarna Group and the bank institute, which usually takes 12 maximum Hours, our company will initiate the procedure of delivery , the transportation. The money will be in your DPD user account until the buyer receive and test the car.
- Because we have in the past faced with buyers who during the testing period of the vehicle, have replaced car components parts, or intentionally degraded or damaged the vehicle, or who did not answer the phone for taking in custody the car, when the transport arrived at its destination ,our company ask the amount to be deposited as collateral to the biggest holding third party company in the world: Klarna Group.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE VEHICLE : Upon receipt, the buyer can check the car. Only if it is in the agreed condition and the buyer confirms, we will transfers the purchase price to the seller. As a buyer, you are on the safe side with BUYER PROTECTION. Before your payment is forwarded to the seller, you can check the item at your leisure.If the buyer accept the car, then the final purcahse contract will be signed and the 30 days of return vehicle and 6 months of warranty offered by our company , will be apply.
REJECTION OF THE VEHICLE : After the trial period, if the buyer detect that the car is not like we described, have defects or not fits to him, can reject the agreement without financial obligation. In this case an agent from our company or a co-worker will take the car and the buyer must sign a contract of refusal called "Vehicle Return". The amount of the car will be transfereted on the spot back to the buyer through the urgent transfer service. The buyer will have the money back in his account , in maximum 4 hours.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY : The seller have the opportunity for 30 days to return back the vehicle , if is not satisfied. Of course, the product must be returned back without technical or visual defects. In any of this cases, the transportation fees will be paid integrally by the buyer. exception is this case - if the car have some defects which are not made by buyer,our company will support all transportation fees.
6 MONTHS GUARANTEE : We will send to the buyer the technical inspection and we will provide a 6 month warranty for any car that passes our inspection. Any repairs occurring in the 6-month warranty are fully covered by us , by paying the full cost to the car dealer on the respective brand. Our guarantee is valid throughout Europe, through our contracts with car dealers. The company offers a 6-month warranty on the car after a thorough evaluation of the vehicle. Warranty is valid throughout Europe and any repairs are covered by the company. THE WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ENGINE AND THE GEARBOX, INCLUDING ALL THEIR PARTS .
FREE DELIVERY FOR SELLER;NO HIDDEN FEES : For everything that includes buying through the company, the buyer did not pay you anything. All fees will be deducted at the end from the car price.
